A man identified as Shina Balogun has shared some security tips to Nigerians who wish to travel back to the West African nation for the Christmas Holiday.

The US-based former banker stated that it is not advisable for anyone living abroad to travel to Nigeria for the festive season, but added that if they must do so, then there are some key tips to note.

He advised that they should keep N5m in a bank account in case they get kidnapped and have to pay ransom.

Shina also said that staying away from Lekki girls is a wise counsel they should heed.

He gave the advise in a Twitter post, while urging Diaspora Nigerians to trust no one and watch their back as they return home.

”Dear folks in Diaspora, traveling to Nigeria this holiday period is not a good idea. But if you must go, pls watch your back, trust no one.

Pls ensure you reserve like N5m in one account for ransom payment incase of kidnapping. Finally, stay away from Lekki Girls……. My 2 Cents,” he wrote.
